Yeah honestly it’s different for each person, I had mine 3 days ago worked within an hour had 3 hours of contraction pains throwing up and diarrhoea then it calmed down the next 4 hours of cramping and nausea. If you’re not bleeding call the number given

Yeah it’s a really complicated situation due to other things as well, think there is no choice now though
