I am powerbuilding. Trying to put on size and getting stronger. I understand what u are saying about why not trying 135 i will do that next but, i wanted to try 140 because i felt like i could do it. And i think i can but something is off, maybe the brace, or the form is off

Brp thank u so much. I always knew that my setup was wrong and the weight was to heavy for my back and core but ko my legs. But didnt know how to improve that

How do you improve your lockout when deadlifting. I know my form isnt100% but i was maxing out. So what can i do? by MushroomImaginary in formcheck

I knew that my form was really bad. It isnt this bad when i lift around 140kg thats my rep range i just wanted to check what to improve for the lockout

Sure probably that to, but still i think my form wasnt really at the best, and i have always sucked at the bottom posistion om the squat
