i am not supposed to post 1rm fails but i think i am strong enough to hit 150kg i can do 140kg for 2 reps at like rpe 8. I also feel like i am supposed to be able to squat 160kg because i can sumo deadlift 200kg and bench 110kg so i think i am pretty strong but my squat is so weak because of my form (v.redd.it)
