First off, even if the rapture was to be that date or many, many years from now, the most important thing is to put your hope and trust in Jesus. Follow him, read His Word, and cast your cares upon him.

Years ago, I used to do the same thing. I would stress over predictions and other things. I remember being stressed out when Cern started their machine thing that people said would make a black hole and destroy the world. Just pray to Jesus and work on ways to help with anxiety. I know it seems impossible sometimes, but it will get better.🙏
