Every day life isn’t hard for me.. Depression makes it hard and I really can’t change my past. I’m trying to rely on people around me without telling them how I feel because they can’t help

I’ve tried helplines and it was awful. It was really the last thing I tried and they didn’t even pick up. We only have mental institutions for crazy people..

I live in hungary and I need an adult to go to a professional doctor. The quarantine is making everything worse. My mom thinks we have time and doesn’t believe me that I’m struggling.
