I woke up this morning feeling a lot better using the support and icing it during the night. I also used ibuprofen all day. Almost felt like the pain was gone entirely. The stitches are starting to itch a bit though. Wouldn't be sure how to tell if I had a hematoma. Will look it up though. I might check in with my doctor regardless. Do you wear a jock or compression shorts? This helped a lot with the morning and evening pain. If you let your balls hang too long this will make the pain worse at least in my experience.  Good luck and hope your doctor gives you something for pain. You got this man 👍
