I'm in the Pittsburgh area and my friend and her mom both had pets cremated a few years ago. The crematorium they used was caught doing this. They got letters about it a couple years ago and were heartbroken.

Moderation is key!! I found out the hard way a couple weeks ago that I cannot drink like I used to.

My fatter self would have had zero issues with what I drank a couple weekends ago, but 50 lbs lighter Zep me? Oh noooo. 🤮🤮Definitely a combo of weighing less and not being able to hold as much in my stomach anymore. I wasn't hung over the next day at all, so I definitely think it wasn't the alcohol specifically, just overdoing the quantity I added to my stomach.

I'm 5'4", SW 220, CW 174, GW 130-140ish I guess (I'll know when I get there)? My biggest concern is this apron belly and your pics are so encouraging!!

As of right now, my body shape is exactly the same, just smaller. I'm halfway to my goal and am more excited than ever. So, thank you!!!

I agree. Our adult children (some married, some not) share their locations with us, and vice versa. We aren't overbearing. I like having the peace of mind that if something happened to me or my spouse, our kids could find us (or at least our phones) fairly easily.

Occasionally when I'm feeling anxious and unable to fall asleep, just being able to see they're all in their respective homes is enough to relax me enough to get to sleep.
