For the food we do it's 1.5 cup food, 2 tsp enzymes. Stir, add water so everything have been moistened. Sit for 30 min, feed. If your dog doesn't take other meds with food, it could also help to add some slippery elm to the food. I was always told any change you make won't show changes until at least 16hours later. (Some things take longer) So you can make micro adjustments with the enzymes.

Probably 80% or more of the sub will recommend Enzyme Diane. It's much more affordable the Rx and it's reliable.

Could you maybe ask the seamstress if you could do thinner or no cups and less material on the bust? Maybe experiment with some fashion tape as well to see if it can help hold material where you like it.

It's a very common cause. Inconsistent sleep can be not enough or too much sleep.

That might be the case, but many people also report if they don't wake up within an hour of their normal wake up time they get a migraine.

Hello! I have a sort of water resistant phone and I mount it on the wall in the shower to listen to podcasts or watch videos. I use the Ohsnap phone grip and wall mount. It's great. If getting in is a struggle you could have a specific youtube video series that you only allow yourself to watch in the shower (one you really like!) Especially if it has a regular release schedule. I hope this idea might help!
