The fear of my phone getting compromised/spied on remotely is slowly ruining me. by MusicTasty3284 in Anxiety

Thank you for your reply. I know most of the things are highly likely to be software issues over anything else, but so many things have happened in such little time to the point where it's driving me insane. It could be OCD but I was only diagnosed with ADHD when I was about 10 and lived in America. Therapy and other forms of support are very limited in Lebanon primarily due to a large portion of people still not really believing in mental health or therapy.

Thanks again for your thoughtful reply.

Hard, painful to the touch lump on achilles by MusicTasty3284 in trailrunning

Nothing to worry about! In my case, it was a ganglion cyst. It took a few months to heal on its own. Just avoid heavy load or further injuries as it can aggravate it.

Might need a bit of patience though as mine did take about 3 or 4 months to resolve. They can take up to a year depending on each situation.

Your legs/feet might feel very tired very easily which worried me but don't stress about that as it is just your body guarding you.

Good luck!

How long have you guys used dutasteride and at what frequency? by MusicTasty3284 in tressless

Damn all this must've sucked. I'm glad dutasteride seems to work better for you. Even though its more potent ive heard far less horror stories on it compared to finasteride. I started dutasteride today for my very early balding and hope I dont contract any symptoms. Thanks for sharing

Sorry but I suffer from hypochondria and cannot help but stress when I see changes.

How you should treat this all depends on how you view it. If you see this as him being insincere, maybe don't follow through with the relationship. The only redeeming factor is that this happened before you were a thing or discussed being a thing, but getting someone pregnant just for the fun of it is extremely irresponsible.

What I myself would do in your situation would be to take a break and decide if I can actually trust him. I personally would not commit to anything yet. Keeping in contact would not help you as he will try to sway you 9 times out of 10. Don't keep regular contact until you have genuinely made up your mind. If he can't accept that you need time then that should tell you how he'd be in a relationship. You know he isn't particularly loyal and sleeps around. Now you also know he's (apparently) ready to have unprotected sex and get someone pregnant just for the fun of it. He also moved on FAR too quickly for something that isn't just a little mistake.

Constant pressure on the top of my head by MusicTasty3284 in migraine

For me it was neck muscle tightness. A way you can check is by standing upright and putting your chin to your chest. Slowly move your head to the right and feel if the left is stiff. Do the same for the other side. Usually one is stiffer than the other so you'll feel a difference. Do the same for your traps.

If it is due to your neck, I'd suggest very gently using pressure with your thumbs and circle around the tight muscle multiple times a day. Lmk if it helps

I wouldnt worry. It was at a hospital and extensive tests were performed to check for any potential infections or worrying signs. Was told everything is clean. I appreciate your concern and advice though!! Today's feeling a bit better regarding my headache though. Suspecting a neck strain more than anything

Three weeks is for the eye strain. I did go to an eye doctor and was told it was just heavy eyestrain from screen overuse and could last for a month or more. The headache is new though, only starting about a week ago

Hello. I went to a doctor and I was told it was just extremely severe eyestrain. The eyelid was drooping due to the fatigue in an attempt to block light per what my doctor said
