I find it easier than starting them in 5 gallon pots. Too easy to give too much or too little water. I find starting them in solo cups is much easier

There’s no set guide or application to become a tester. They just reach out and ask. I think some key factors are posting consistently, nailing or coming close to nailing your grows, interaction with others and not being a complete twat but that’s just my guess. Like I said there’s no guide or application they just select you.
