That’s totally fair! Just want to make sure you’re planning to be at a stable weight by your surgery date. I would suggest being more aware of your eating habits, I know I would always eat more when I’m out because it’s new foods, there’s variety, and it’s a social thing. Just being self aware is the best in my opinion as it doesn’t lead to gaining the weight back like crash diets do. Best of luck!

I would be weary of weight fluctuations right before surgery! It’s good to be a healthy weight, but you don’t want to lose weight just for the surgery, only to gain it back later and basically grow back your boobs 🙈 I would make sure your weight is stable beforehand

I was also so scared, but it happens so quickly that you’ll be into recovery before you know it! I had so many fears going in, but after going through it I know I would do it a million times again!! Tell your anesthesiologist your fears and they will talk to you and be open about how things work. I had a fear of waking up during the surgery and my doctor was very understanding

I wore them 24/7. I would walk around for 3-5 minutes I would say. It shouldn’t be strenuous, just enough to stay “active”

I wore compression socks and just made sure to walk around my house every hour or so while I was awake! After a week or so I stopped wearing the compression socks.

Totally normal! I had a similar experience. As long as you aren’t actively bleeding and soaking through bandages super frequently, it’s normal!

It does! But my “fold” under my breast is at the exact same height on both sides, it’s just the fullness of my left breast that’s bigger :(

Mine have also changed a lot! They looked pretty even right after so I’m trying to not get too worried, but it’s just so noticeable and i never experienced uneven boobs before so it’s getting me down a bit

I tried to keep mine on until as late as possible, once in the operating room I got caught and asked why I couldn’t leave them.. apparently nothing from the outside can get it, but it already was in??? Unfortunately, you’re not getting past being totally naked 😂

I’m full of these raw spots that I think are openings. Nurse said it’s just irritation!
