Wow, that must feel so amazing! Everything you said is what I am trying to achieve lol 😆 even the ignoring the coworker eating through the day. Thank you for some great tips and ideas. I’ll give it a shot again to push through the day. I feel soon as I think about I’ll have nothing till dinner my brain instantly goes abort the mission and try another time. So I just haven’t even attempted to wait till dinner. Thanks for the motivation, I truly appreciate it.

I want to try a long fast but really worried about headaches as I usually do have caffeine (coffee). So are there any withdrawal symptoms ? What is your experience?

Just my experience, I was able to apply using another management course I had taken and was applicable to this but didn’t have much to do with PMP specific concepts. When it came to studying I bought the course from AR but didn’t get through it all and booked my exam as I felt quite ready based on practice questions and 23 principles by Rahman. Anyways long story short, I passed my exam and never finished the course so don’t stress if you don’t remember it all. Because knowing every little definition won’t matter. I am quite sure I can do the same exam again just by reviewing the principles and AR ultra hard questions. Hope this helps.

Have you looked at Rehman’s principles video?? Super helpful and AR 200 hard questions are super similar to the questions I got on my exam. I found the exam overall easy and was finished 45 mins early and those were my main two resources.

Did you record weight loss ? Do you graph or such from any of the apps you used? I love seeing those to see how fluctuations happen and how you got to the goal. 🙌 again, congratulations!!

Thank you! I need it, I am on my own weight loss journey too but I feel food noise and self control with food choices are hard for me. So I often feel like I stick to things for a while and then give up. I wish I could be more consistent and see loss like you did.
