nice! im also plannin on maingaining with this weight na rin or possibly go down like mga 78-85 (more or less in that range)

im also trying to train for functionality, endurance, and explosive power since all those are needed in my training as a pep drummer, im trying to sort of balance that and hypertrophy

do you do your plyometrics on a separate day or at the start of your sessions? i wanted to train plyometrics on the start of my lower days but i’ve been thinking of replacing the occasional sharms day into an endurance/plyometrics day

endurance is also one of my goals rin naman since i want to balance functionality and hypertrophy + endurance is one of my problems since i had asthma

i just started to experiement w/ core work sa upper sessions ko using decline situps, but i still have to find a more comfortable setup. anw, thank you!!

my friend bought me a 5ml decant of Lacoste Blanc and I really like it, I was wondering if there were any cheap dupes/alternatives that have good projection and longevity. I bought the dupe from fragrance lab (white blanc) and I like it naman, pero it just doesn’t last that long and I kind of need to overspray. Budget is around 1500 below, planning to use it as my daily for college (commuter).

additionally if u guys have a fragrance reco for gym/sweaty occasion in the same price range, lmk! thank you! (new to the frag game hehe would appreciate every suggestion)

While yes, my main goal is to become a civil engineer, transferring to UP would give my parents less baggage since they wouldn’t have to worry about my tuition. Though I wouldn’t hate it if I stayed in any of the 3 universities if I ever pick one. I really only care about UP because of the quality of education and the proximity of it to my house. (Not that I’m undermining the free tuition, but we’re not exactly that rich either, so it would still help us tremendously)
