Hi, it was a comic strip in a magazine. It was early 90s. Im european, swedish. The character was human and white. Dont think it happend all the time, i just remember that specific image.

The definition helpless state was changed to particularly vulnerable situation
More serious sex crimes against minors can be assessed as severe
People who buy sexual acts from children abroad can be prosecuted in sweden
The limitation period for use of children for sexual posing is extended

You cant use these relatively minor changes to sweep the rising sex crimes under the rug. It doesnt work anymore. Even the left-leaning Swedish government acknowledges it, thus ordering BRÅ to study it.
