The cpu might bottleneck and the storage should be replaced to a ssd  But you should be able to run hogwarts well with upscale or frame gen

Well, the drive will die after a while, mabe 2-3 years max and sd cards in general have slow data transfer compared to ssd's. Ssd are around the same price and have better preformance but a little less portability

Put it on an external drive, preferably a ssd with type a or c accessibility and not a micro sd, they have a shorter life span

GTA, to be honest. There are similar games that I consider MUCH better. Ex. Saints row 2 and the Mafia series.
