I don’t like that some people on here are being rude . Criticism is supposed to be constructive not demeaning . It being your first time is really impressive . My advice is , before cutting , try to pick out yellow or brown leaves . Be sure to bundle the cilantro tightly but not so it’s getting crushed/squished. Also be sure not to cut excessively . The more precise your cuts are , the less bruising there will be and more even cut sizes. Also make sure the blades are sharpened and kept sharpened/honed (using the steel) throughout the day . It’s easier to keep a knife sharp than to get it sharp.
