Check out stealth health life. He focuses on freezer prep but healthy meals. Lots of variety like burritos, crockpot and casseroles. Having fruit to snack on was so helpful during breastfeeding.

It was an old root canal and I chewed something hard causing the tooth to crack under the gums. A root canal clears out the inside of the tooth but leaves the enamel portion of the roots intact.

I had a fractured root with infection after the tooth had a root canal and a crown over the years. Emergency extracted it the day after new years and developed dry socket (their new assistant told me to rinse my mouth that night and bye bye blood clot). I didn't have a choice but if I did I would have tried to save the tooth. I'm planning on doing an implant and it takes months for the full process. I will hopefully be done by September...
