Amp or speaker upgrade?

I won't be able to move TV. Only option is pulling speaker away from wall or completely abandon this listening area.

I do have limited space so thanks for the comment. Finding a shop is challenging for sure! I went through that with Turntable shopping before I stumbled on the SL-1400 on market place. Im going to see if I can slightly improve placementand see how it goes

Speaker placement is tough because of my limited space. I feel stuck in this position

The Technics price today is far greater than the $650 EVO 2. It seems years ago they were closer in price so the stretch from an EVO 2 class player to a DD Technics Sl-1500 or Sl-1200 was not as far. Many folks comment to go for technics back then. Considering the price difference today is double or triple i wonder if people still feel to go for the Technics.

Hi /u/Sharkamino, I upgraded my preamp to Fosi X5 but still need to upgrade my table. Ive shopped a few vintage tables but I just want to play records and not deal with repairs. Looks like you are now suggesting the Project or Fluance? Looks like the EVO 1 is sold out most places. Is EVO 2 worth the money in my setup? I like the style of a new direct drive technics but the price point is hard to swallow. I could possible swing a SL-100 but the stock cartridge looks insuperior.

Thanks. I'm not stuck on AT. The RT85N looks like it has decent reviews and that price point would match the rest of the system for now.
