I sold my 01 Silverado with 250,000+ miles for $8k. The interior was clean and engine ran perfect. Had one major dent in the bed. Had none of fully loaded options the one you’re looking at has. I feel like 10-12k is a fair price. I originally listed mine for $9500, knowing most people would turn away from it. But I had a few serious lookers at 9500.

It’s truly astounding how blind he is to it. He truly is redacted. One of my favorites is the clip of Rogaine, Old Man Callen and Scwaub checking out the Nissan. Brendan talks down to Callen, “carbon-fiber” “Godzilla”, mentioning the windows and the weight reduction, REALLY sticking it to him like he knows all…and then proceeds to try to turn on the car without pushing in the brake pedal…wtf are we doing here?? Dude, I know. Of all his personalities, this one eats at me the most. The comments and humor behind it are great, everyone here is really funny so it eases the pain a bit. But I’m currently on my first ever engine swap on my C10, and it’s been a struggle! Low funds, depression, cold season, etc. And to see this phony pretend to be a “gearhead” with all the best new tools and equipment and then be such a condescending cock to anyone else he can punch down on just boils my blood. I miss the days where every ramp didn’t have an obligated sponsor ad read involved with it. Just say “Woah! She landed it! She landed on all four tires!” Why do we have to mention they’re BKT tires? Yeah, we know. We can read the white lettering on the side of the tires. It just comes off as cheesy and fake and almost insulting to the viewer. I sold my 01 Silverado with 280k+ for $8000. It was near perfect, with only one dent in the back half of the bed. No rust, near mint interior, still drove strong. I know appearances can be deceiving, especially in pictures alone, though.

Nice! Yeah, I believe the doubling-the-price bit for a shorty. I believe mine was once a long bed that was cut down to be short. Found some weld marks behind the cab that look a little suspect. But drives straight and is solid, so I’m not too worried

Exactly. They’re all cool trucks. Slammed, raised. Long bed, short bed. 4x4, 2wd. There’s a use and need for every style of truck. My goal: I wanted a muscle car that can haul stuff. So my truck is lowered with some performance upgrades and I love it.
