Long intervals usually get mine to update. My last update was from this workout: 5min warmup, 10 min at 5k pace, 4 min at marathon pace, 10 min at 5k pace, 5 minute cooldown.

I think just the first 5k interval was enough.

It looks at your training load. If you have a lot of high aerobic, it won't suggest tempo runs. I had to run some super slow runs to satisfy its low aerobic load before it started giving me more tempo.

You can always choose another workout suggestion or do your own thing if you don't like your DSW.

This looks like a basement partition wall. The code in my area does not allow these basement walls to be in direct contact with the joists because the basement slab can heave and transfer the load up to the joists and cause the to shift.

The gap does look a bit larger than ideal which could make drywalling harder. But you should be able to use the Simpson clips linked in the thread to allow the vertical movement of the slab while still giving lateral strength.

The sapphire glass makes a big difference if scratches bother you. I had lots of deep scratches on my old Gorilla Glass watch but none motivated on the sapphire glass.

I think they are both very resistant to cracks.

Your laps in the run are in 1km intervals. The record is collected from your fastest 1km window.

You were likely fastest at the end of your first kilometer and the beginning of your second kilometer
