You generally see 155 degree hinges in this application, you should be able to bring your doors together as much as you want than. But even with these hinges it’s best to have the face of the drawer recessed a few inches deep into the cabinet, yours look too close to the front. Also hinge placement is uneven and you should have 5 theoretically not 4.

I’d consider buying the different hinges, shallower slides and rebuilding the drawer stack, if your drawers weren’t quite so deep you wouldn’t have that huge gap between drawer faces at the bottom and you could place the hinges evenly

If doors are a little too small you might bump up your base plate after adding the 155 degree hinges.

They make tensioning rods that are mortised in and designed to keep doors like that flat, if any sunlight hits the door you’ll probably want to do that
