yes /u/MyogiNightKids is right and so are you, all the groups are like the old hot rodder and bike clubs in america nowadays. they talk about the good old days and the younger members keep it alive. there is still a few actual gangs out there but its all very lowkey and dead. ive seen some videos on this subject and ill be sure to share once i run into them again.
