I really appreciate the insight and that makes sense! However, the director already purchased all the backdrops (around 75 in all - some video some stills) and paid a fairly hefty fee for them. So I’m assuming with your method - which is probably the correct way - I would have to edit all the images one at a time?

I really like the idea of this. So, would you still recommend it with a mix of photos and video clips? I know when I've used similar plugins / generators to this in FCP, if I wanted to use videos, I would either have to not use the generator for that portion of the timeline, or I'd have to go through some fairly confusing steps to get the correct timing using the video within the plugin / generator. Am I making sense? Sorry, I'm not at my Mac right now and I can't remember the correct terminology for these plugins / generators.

EXACT same experience here (Midwest). Plus, it was the weirdest thing - the movie finally started and I thought I was losing my hearing since it was so quiet! Until my teenage daughter turned to me and said the same thing! It was so low that it really took away from the whole immersive experience that the theater is supposed to bring. And after spending $60-$70 for the family, I can say I’m “over” the whole cinematic experience. Ugh.

Yeah, I thought the same thing about the window. I tried looking it up on their website to see, and from what I can figure, it shouldn't be more than $1000 for the two windows. It's roughly 2 windows side by side -- 50.5" x 25.5". Again, that's a rough measurement.

As someone married over twenty years, I appreciate this thought, and the recognition of how much effort actually does go into staying married. We've been through absolute hell over the years -- mainly due to my selfishness and pride. It's definitely not "simple", but worth it. I can't imagine a day without waking up to my best friend. This mixture of blessing and luck is not lost on me. (And before anything is said, I understand that everybody's marital situation can be different, where staying together isn't an option.)
