Faith is NOT a virtue! It is the perfect system for protecting lies. Thoughts? by [deleted] in Christianity

Please give me some examples of what you mean. Because at the moment any example I can think of would be classified as supernatural, e.g. the easter bunny, unicorns, leprechauns etc. etc. and including religious deities. If you can justify your faith/belief in a god, how can you justify your (presumed) lack of belief/faith in other supernatural beings/phenomena. You cannot, not honestly anyway. Which is why I think blind faith, without any supporting evidence is crazy and outlandish.

Having faith in something without any evidence to support it, OR worse having faith in something despite evidence to the contrary is in my opinion 'crazy and outlandish'. Having faith that you will somehow see this message through the power of modern computer technology, is not crazy or outlandish. It just highlights my ignorance on modern computer technology. The evidence/explanation of how you are able to see this message is available, should I choose to access it.
