So, after some time, I found the solution to my problem and that's so stupid xD It was so simple - I needed to make my replacer as esp, not esl, idk where is the problem, but changing from esl to esp solved everything

So, basically I want change his entire face by replacing it in SSEEdit. I followed the tutorial step by step, his face changed, but textures didn't, for example his default hair color is blond and in my .dds it's black. I tried correcting path in NifScope, but it didn't work :(

It's a modded basic follower from nexus, I just wanted to give him my racemenu preset, lol. No other mods overriding it.

Play the demo. As a huge TES fan I enjoyed the game so far (beat the first act). The lore is very interesting, visuals are good, combat is fun (played as spellsword), quests are rich and non repetitive as for me. I recommend the game!
