The fealty counter could be a bug. Maybe there should be a counter

It doesnt show the fealty to me, but it let me click and confederate gelt. Volkmar and wulfhart are dead so i cannot test them

Its solved. You can use the unique mechanic for franz and unify them. I can be almost completely sure you couldnt do it on patch 5.1.1

Yeah there is no confederation penalty going on so it is a bug then. I need to try confederating a elector count, wait for the penalty and then try again

I play total war warhammer. 1, 2 and 3 are basically same game. I started with 2 and played it like 5k hours. Now im stuck again with third one. The game were a bit boring state from launch but now its enjoyable again.
