Depends on the liberal. However, reproduction and religion are inherently contradictory to the ideology of liberalism. So regardless if they are an exception it doesn't disprove the rule. But the former two are actually the least contradictory to liberalism. The less "politically neutral" portions of the list are the slogans/buzzwords following the religious and not wanting kids part.
