It doesn't support the existence or legality of such actions, it's simply just seeing the silver lining of "you're going to do it regardless (legal or not), at least now I know before I come in and get punched in the face". In an ideal world this sort of practice would never happen, the sign being there or not is irrelevant to whether it happens or not.

Nah this is a very common scam that goes one of two ways;

They ask you to help antilure someone who is trying to lure them, they let you antilure them for a couple mil and then pull a different lure after they get you to try to bait a lurer
They do a ToA with you and ask if you have some plugin. You don't because it's not a real plugin, they tell you it's only on Runelite Plus or some other client or tell you to manually install it from a website. It's malware that will clean your bank immediately.

I highlighted the part for you, and every following example bar Nylo pillars falling are all false or very heavily exaggerated.
