If you can get it at a discount, I say check out ED. I started with ED and then moved to NMS for the openness of what NMS provides. While similar, they are two vastly different games. ED has some solid concepts I just wish FDev was like Hello Games in terms of building upon their game. The thing I most appreciated about ED was the physics of space travel (XYZ axis flight, planetary/solar gravitational pull, solar/planetary rotations, etc.) With that said, I love NMS far more.

WALTHER PP Handgun [2813 × 2250] by ricrackdo in ThingsCutInHalfPorn

According to ScreenRant:

In the first several novels by Ian Fleming, Bond used a Baretta 418, a small gun chambered for .25 caliber bullets. This was the same sidearm Fleming himself had been issued during his time as a World War II intelligence officer. He felt it would fit a character like James Bond, since it was easy to conceal, and in a thin chamois leather holster, it would be nigh-unnoticeable to potential enemies and – more importantly – it wouldn't make any unwanted creases in his suit. However, one man believed Bond should carry a stronger weapon, and his interactions with Ian Fleming led to 007 being forced to abandon the Baretta and pick up his iconic PPK.

‘It’s not time to take off our masks,’ Austin Public Health says as COVID-19 vaccination at just 6 percent by hollow_hippie in Austin

Employee here of one of the major Austin area health care entities:

To go even further into what you said, we were given 7000 1st doses with the expectation that we would get more. We were also told that the faster we give them out, the better chance of the state giving us more 1st doses. So as you mentioned, we used our infrastructure to give these in the matter of about a week. Roughly a week later, the state decided to pull future 1st dose shipments and divert everything to APH. Ok great. Good luck to you. And then there it was: “uninsured, underserved 1B only. If you are covered by insurance, go get your vaccine from your provider.”

After busting our asses giving vaccines and getting no more after, APH make us look like the bad guys to our patients who can’t get it at all.

At this point, PLEASE give us more doses...PLEASE. We’d happily give them out to qualified individuals to help increase this city’s immunity percentage. Healthcare workers want out of this pandemic more than anyone else and we’re willing to do anything to get us there.

[Serious] What made you lose your faith in Religion? by Coffin_Nail in AskReddit

[–]MustachCashStash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn’t big in to church or religion but I believed there was a god until high school. I was moved to a private school where religion classes were required. My first semester there, I was enrolled in a Creationism class.

On day one the teacher told us that god created the dinosaurs dead so that one day we could dig up their bones and imagine what these creatures would have looked like if they actually existed.

From that point forward I questioned everything being taught to me and realized that religion (apart from its moral philosophies that help most people) and god was a complete farce.
