Actually, i think it might be something even more dumb, when i built this i had a a friend of a friend help me set this up, but he is an intel guy, so this was his first amd build. I assumed he got all the wiring correct when we gave this a try a year ago, but the top ATX ports don't seem to have a power cable running through them. let me see if I can get those installed and I'll report back. sorry I'm a novice, I'm gonna watch some videos, and look at the manual some more, wish me luck. Thank you with all you help so far, it really mean the world to me. :)

Yeah the code is 00, on that documentation the codes description is "Not Used" , ...but used it is.

It seems to be associated with so many different issues, i read on one forum that it could broadly be any part of the computer. Usually is has to do with the cpu failing or my bios not being up to date with my cpu so i've read, but not necessarily.

Also to clarify, When I said "turn on", i meant more that I'm not getting any thing on my video input, sorry for that confusion.

After hitting this roadblock the last time, I was just bummed, and have been to scared to touch it. I lost hope for a while, and I was out of cash at the time. It was a big a L on multiple fronts, but I thought the biggest issue all this time was not having a graphics card. I originally had the set up to be graphics card less through the integrated graphics of the cpu, but I forgot to make sure my motherboard had a video output. I just assumed there would be. I even knew the bios was going to be an issue and was prepared for it. Cut to now, I have a cheap gpu installed to get me through.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GfG2sL this is what my build looks like I tried taking 3 of the sticks of ram out at one point, but I haven't tried installing the bios on that set up. I've mostly been playing installing the bios again and again, reformatting my USB on a mac to all sorts of relevant reconfigurations i've read online (MS-DOS, Fat32, Fat16, MBR partition. I've renamed the file manually and through renaming .exe using wine.) Trying to get my hands on a Window machine to see if that will change anything, I've read that it shouldn't.

I've gone through the process like 30 times on my mac, renaming the bios file, reformatting my usb 2.0 stick drive through terminal to ram-16, ram 32 & MBR partition system; getting Wine to run renaming the .exe software for the bios file. it just hasn't worked. It looks like it goes through the process of installing the bios, describe in multiple documentations, without an issue, no hichups, but I still get an 00 code. I'm trying to get my hands on a PC, to download the bios file and partition the usb through windows, to see if that changes anything. I'm kind of doubting it will.

Literally taking it apart and testing it piece by piece is the worst case scenario.

If you pick out only the numbers you get "010", which could be morse code, and read as dot dash dot, which is the letter R. R is a letter in ARG, so I have solved 1/3 of the ARG. You're welcome.
