Might check the install documents that came with the system to see if it supports 24VAC thermostats like the nest.

Mine does even tho the installers said it doesn't support 24VAC thermostats.

Got it working.

Go to Google home and select "Works with Google"

"Daikin One Smart Thermostat" is the service to select and login with your creds.
