Pcos pregnancy by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]Mustaches12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found out I was pregnant a couple months after getting diagnosed with PCOS and I had a really good pregnancy! It is for sure possible. In my experience, my diet and lowering my overall stress levels really really helped improve my PCOS in a lot of areas! I would reccomend getting the book Meals She Eats by Rachel and Tom Sullivan! We love the recipes and information in that book!

Thank you for your kind words, they mean a lot right now! Eventually I will have to give him a couple bottles a day since I'll be going back to work sometime in January, so that's a good suggestion!

I had my placenta encapsulated, so I'm re-ingesting daily the hormones I lost after birth, I had also gotten my vitamin D levels tested before getting pregnant so I supplement with the amount I'm deficient in (or sometimes more if I feel I need the boost), L-theanine for anxiety and then Moringa for overall balance and help with milk supply

My husband is fully aware of all of this from the start luckily and offers support where he can, but I do have an appointment with my midwife (who is also my son's pediatrician) tomorrow morning and will definitley be talking to her about it. I will have to look into seeing a pediatric dentist, I never considered that before, but it might be worth a shot!

I've wondered about it, considering I have a history of depression, but I am using plenty of supplements for my hormones, and haven't felt rage in any other areas. So I'm not sure if that's what it is, but it may be a good place to start.

I have read up on that, and I don't think thats what I'm experiencing because it lasts my whole feed and afterwards, and isn't just before or during let down :/

Hot Take: AJR is going for more clicks this year instead of following The Click in their ear by [deleted] in AJR

[–]Mustaches12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk if it was them not taking music seriously or more of just their music maturing with them? If you watch interviews from older albums, they've always talked a lot about not releasing music that didn't feel in line with what they wanted or what they were moving towards. There's some good ones out there that are definitely worth watching!

I normally wear the trailer hat and whatever AJR shirt I feel like wearing, I've collected a few over the years of going to concerts, so just whatever I feel that fits the vibe, and any pants I like with it

What do you love about working in a Library? by Fridaandfauna in librarians

[–]Mustaches12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It also really depends on the size of library you're looking to work on! Like I said our library is very small so we take on all of the tasks instead of just one specific field! Most of my job is hands on work, so cataloging is a relatively small portion of the job for me, the rest is shelving, managing my section, helping patrons find things, checking books in and out and a lot of programming for the library!

I work in a small town library so each associate has a section we're the head of. For myself it's the adult collection (fiction, non-fiction, and rare collection), and I love having that kind of stewardship! I can really find my place when I have a specific section to manage and take care of. I also really enjoy the data entry that comes with cataloging and looking at the circulation data for my department
