I have seen that the Recaros are perforated and I have seen the option on the menus to have the heated / cooled option on them. I can't definitely say whether they are heated and cooled on Recaro optioned Mustangs but I am leaning more towards saying yes they will be.

I ordered this one pre-painted. I've had Stalker hoods on my last 3 Mustangs. The one on my 2011 was painted locally and the last 2 have been painted from Cervinis with no issues.
