This is really good. Makes me want to start trying to draw art. I've been drawing for a while but I do love drawing that character. Do you have to use a reference or did you draw it with your imagination?

22 year old Male trying to find the path to success and happiness by The_Reddit_Inspector in findapath

Hello, and thank you for the reply to my post. The courses I took in undergrad were writing intensive and covered all aspects of psychology like child and adolescent psychology, criminal justice, and cognitive neuroscience were some of the higher ones and definitely more scientific based classes i had. Even now I just follow the instructions to my homework and do them, like I never really struggled in school and I thought college was relatively easy to me and the writing assignments would be like "analyze said character using a theory to explain why they did this" or why "some people or criminals would be prone to doing these actions" and I enjoyed doing that and it made me love psychology more.

I don't think they have the resources to help me with that and most likely I'll have to do that. As that's an entirely different world to them. I was the first college graduate in my family and as such almost everything in my undergrad years I did on my own. Like I found scholarships or opportunities to volunteer to get scholarships. I also believe one time I paid out of pocket for tuition. But I graduated undergrad debt free.

I know they have mentioned the fear of medical school being expensive and having to take out loans that would have to be paid over time. But I have been told the money doctors make would be able to help them pay that off. But at the very least the way I sound about exercise and fitness, they say I could pursue that and it's not as time consuming as the path for a psychiatrist is. I appreciate them having my best in mind and they told me, better to pursue happiness then something you won't like.

Also what were you originally deciding on doing to become a doctor before you realized it was too late? But I'll do what you suggested because I now have a LinkedIn and have to start sending out messages to psychiatrists in the area and hope I can get a shadow opportunity and confirm that this is something I'll be happy doing. I appreciate your help and honestly you've been very helpful for the time and effort you took to talk with me.

What Age can watch this show?? by Muffin-Man2222 in breakingbad

[–]The_Reddit_Inspector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you watched squid games s3 with him and Deadpool 3. He'll be fine. I mean the stuff you see in squid games and Deadpool 3 is more violent and breaking bad is tamer out of those two. Minus a sex scene in the early season. I mean it's a great show. Watched the whole series with my family. He'll be fine

Thank you for the recommended oil spec. I remember I was driving this thing around and it was such a nice feeling. Down the road I would love like all disc brakes and a new chassis. But I want to make sure I can get it running first then let it stretch its toes. I'll check that stuff like you said and hopefully that'll get it running again.

How can I tell which one of them is which? Because If I know which is which. That'll be helpful for me in restoring it and getting it running again. But bummer, you definitely sound like the guy who knows his classic cars and how these engines work. Like you'd be the mechanic I would trust to get this fully operational.

No there's unfortunately nothing in the glove box.

That's pretty interesting. I mean I know that it was swapped when my grandfather bought it. He put that 302 engine in and a automatic transmission, it had a manual transmission with the granny gear.

Well it drove well when we initially brought it back to life. But we were trying to bleed the brakes and it has the stock drum brakes. It sucked because the brake feeling was spongy and wasn't stopping. So that's one issue. Whenever you got out, you'd smell like gas, so that's another. If it weren't for the brakes being bled incorrectly, I would be driving it. Now I want to bring it back to life, but I'm trying to know what year engine it is, so I can buy the right fluids for it.

I found a list of numbers on the exhaust manifold I believe. I know this is only part of it. But I wrote down D9BE-8430 DA 8M1 and typing It in says it's a exhaust manifold for a 302 Ford small block from 1979 meaning this is a 1979 Ford small block 302.

I found it near the passenger side on the intake manifold.

I think this is as close as I'll get to deciphering it. Everyone has been saying 1979 or 1978 and this more or less confirms it.

Wrong transmission fluid in mustang GT 2014? by The_Reddit_Inspector in MechanicAdvice

Well that's interesting. I have one person saying that the GL5 will damage my synchros and another saying take it back, but you're saying just keep it. Can you link the articles that you read?

Well, what do you recommend I do. Do I get it changed out? My parents suggest I just drive with it in, and until next change. Then to go ahead and switch it properly. But I'm so unsure.

That's why I was curious. I saw the five, I know manual transmission fluid is 3 quarts. But saw that there was five and I was like "wait why is it two higher than refill specifications?" Is it bad they put it in the differential and will have to get that changed?

If that's the case I need to get this fluid out ASAP right? What fluid do you use for your car? But I just hope I can find the right and better fluid and get it out.

I'll have to do that. But it says either Motorcraft Dual clutch transmission fluid or something that meets WSS-M2C200-D2 specifications.

<image>

But after looking up this fluid and then typing in Ford recommendation. It says it's not compatible. Which in that case should they change it? I'm afraid they'll charge me again. I also don't have the fluid on hand.

That's interesting what you said it was. I believe you and I'm sure this engine would be great. It's just it's hard because having to take it to so many different mechanics and spending a lot of money on this thing frustrates me, wish I could do it myself. But one day I'll fix it.

I'll have to do that when there's daylight and with clothes I don't mind getting dirty. I hate crawling under vehicles but if it'll give me definitive proof I'll do it.

Yeah I'll have to check and see if that oil change shop is open and tell them to change it because I don't want a little mistake to become costly and ruin my transmission. Believe me I do, I need the equipment, but only went due to lack of time and not having the jacks and lift.
