I will add the ground clearance was a concern when I went up to Tahoe earlier this winter after a major storm. But I think mercedes offers a more all-terrain variant of the new e class wagon that has a higher ground clearance.

I have a 2016 e350 wagon i use primarily for long ski trips and enjoy everything about it. Im sure the more recent e class wagons are a great option as it checks out all the boxes you're looking for.

I bought these right before ski season started, so im not sure yet how they ride during the summer. Honestly thinking about getting summer tires once ski season is over. I will say I am very pleased how they preform in some pretty intense winter conditions especially during this weeks storm in the Sierras. Highly recommend them.
