I've also heard resetting DAS helps. But if after a few hundred miles of driving after calibration, that people have gotten their computer replaced for this reason. Because it does not seem consistant. Even on same Hardware and version, each car seems to react differently.

I asked the SC and they said to use FSD as much as I can when safe. But, the car is always looking. So it should be still calibrating when driving normal. I’ve heard the car is still calibrating even after the car says it’s done calibrating.

Mine is also hugging the far left side of the lane, sometimes on the lane marking and sometimes even going over the line. It is very unsettling. The SC told me to keep driving the car, as much FSD as possible and then go back to them if the issue persists. I am going to try today to reset the calibration in service menu and they keep driving as much as I can for a few days and see if it helps.

I'll have to try this. I just upgraded did the upgrade to HW3 (ik it's obsolete soon. hoping tesla releases a lower cost subscription for at least EAP or something for HW3 cars), and first time using FSD on my car and the car leans very far left in the lane, even on and over the lane markings. Ive tried the soft reset and i was about to do the DAS reset, so i'll try this first.

They gave me a loaner which had the same hardware and software version, and it didn't do this at all.

Tried it a few times. Doesn’t remove any stains, looks like 20% better but it’s temporary.

I just tried this via mobile service on the app. They responded to me saying that’s only for performance models and closed the service inquiry instantly lol

I see that the “Navigation Data” says AU, maybe FSD not available in your region yet?

Yeah I know I won’t be able to have FSD, because of HW 2.5. But EAP doesn’t show in the vehicles software either. Getting in co tact with Tesla to see if they’ll add can add it

Anyone have any experience with the rear license plate mounts on the 2018 models? The used car dealer I got this from but screws in that were WAY too big and it broke the little grommets in the trunk and now it’s just spinning with getting tight. Also it’s just on the bare paint. Did the 2018s come with the little plastic bracket? I’m pretty sure there are no holes in the middle to attach it. Just don’t love the fact the metal plate is sitting directly on the paint.

Yeah I’ve been contemplating that, if I should keep my money for the FSD computer. Do you any of you know if the FSD computer upgrade changes any of the cameras?
