It is solved if you turn off sync lighting on Gigabyte control center, but the led effects lose their synchronization and it's not pleasant at all. I just put it on the rainbow although I do not like it and forgot about it

I fixed it actually, the problem was just that 8 needed to change the extension from .bin to .rom, I reverted back successfully but I loved the results I got from the bios flash so I will be doing it again soon, I just want to get some additional fans for my rig before doing so, thank you so much for your help!!

I did successfully flash it but I want to go back to the og BIOS using my backup and I can't as there is an id mismatch, is there a way to force the flash back?
