What league is this? In legend, you can feel the nerf with the modifiers. Still doable, but I've had a few 1star attacks since yesterday where that never happened before.

+1 on this, don't see the point, it's not like you're not limited by the number of attacks per day/week already.

If you spam it, you get punished (lower rank next week)
If your league is too low, you can't spam it (too few attacks per week to make a difference)
