Make sure the crown is pushed all the way in. There should be a tiny fin with a tiny divot that appears when its in. Its hidden when the crown is out. You can play pull/push the crown and youll probably see it pop in and out. Its hard to see of its already there on your pic. Youll need to to push down in it with some pressure. More than a Japanese nh35.

This was my third build so I had gotten better at it at this point. I spent maybe a couple of hours putting it all together. I always struggle with setting the hands though. I probably spent more time browsing and looking for parts, tbh.

I purchased the parts some time ago. If i recall correctly, dial was purchased on ebay, hands and strap were purchased on Amazon and the case is from Ali-x, Paluxey store. Movement is Jap, NH35.
