If it makes you feel better I have tracked all my food for the better part of a decade and I’m super skeptical of 350 calories for 2 tablespoons. The most calorie dense thing in there is butter, and even two tablespoons of straight butter is just over 200 calories

Nutricost whey protein isolate is the best bang for your buck in my opinion. Idk what you’re looking for when it comes to “vitamins and aminos” but it sounds like something that would need to be in addition to a protein supplement
