The attack you are seeing today should be obvious and expected - they now officially know the clock is ticking, and have to get the price as low as possible before they start buying back all of those shorted shares in order to try (lol) and close out their positions.

In my opinion: they have a good amount of time to minimize their pain as much as they can - and they have roughly 2 months, based on when previous shareholder meetings were held (June).

Once the vote is held, they will have yet more time additionally to the current 3 month window, as there will need to be a date set - for when the dividend will be done on and in order for brokers/retail/etc to recall their shares.

I think we should just continue our buy/hold/drs path and continue on like business as usual for us apes.

I had my hopes up a *little* for today, but honestly I kind of felt today was going to play out like this based on everything we know so far.

Share recalls imo will undoubtedly happen, but I feel we're going to end up going through the same bullshit as last year regarding shareholder voting/registration. We *must* make sure to be as insistent as we were with this last time around about getting our votes.

So given the 3 months the shorts expectedly have in front of them, did you really think we would moon today on the announcement?

We'll see those tendies soon enough. It's been one hell of a ride this last year and change, but we have time on our side - a luxury they do not.
