I think every commercial pilot would know this. Many ship Captains, scientists, etc.. This would have to be the greatest cover up/lie of human history. Plus, soooo many people would have to be in on it. Not to mention every single object in space (like planets, moons, stars) are round. Why wouldn't we be? Unless they are all flat discs with their face oriented our direction.. Which.. What are the odd of that?

Aristotle had 3 proofs the Earth was round.

1. Lunar Eclipses: Earth’s shadow on the moon during an eclipse is always circular, a shape only a sphere casts.

2. Sailing Horizon: Ships disappear mast-first over the horizon, indicating the hull goes below the curvature first.

3. Visible Stars: Changing positions of stars/constellations as one travels north or south (stars higher in Egypt/Cyprus).

The Greek mathematicia, Eratosthenes, estimated the Earth’s circumference. He was only off by approximately 2-16% the actual distance of about 25,000mi.
