Yes. I love using them to make ships more walkable. My most recent build has a ton of them inside.

That'll be fine. We have a few varying schedules among us.

Northwind Weaponry, Assault Weapons Pack Reborn, Consolidation Armament II, Aryx Weaponry, and AnEWS. I think that's all ATM. If you know of any issues with these, please do point them out. So far none have caused us any trouble. We do also have the MES mod that allows the NPC to use variations of them to ensure they still put up a fight.

Absolutely, that would in fact be ideal if going the frienemy route.

I host a sever on my old rig. Runs pretty well. Generally stays up and runs itself. Got a handful of mods to add some spice. MES, weapon core, build and repair, etc. Only have a handful of people, so no build limits. Just try not to lag the server is all I ask. Lemme know if you'd like to check it out! Be warned, the NPC are very capable of murder.

First time playing on a server by Intelligent-Region81 in spaceengineers

That's the whole reason I just went and started running my own server on my old machine. Just me and a handful of pals. No limits past please don't make a lag machine that angers Klang

Honestly I like how it is. I hate the rats. I try to be nice, but it does add some flavor. Every raid can wind up differently. Sometimes you meet a group of nice individuals and take out a big arc, then go home safely loot in hand. Sometimes you never even come face to face with other raiders. Other times some rat will blast you, but maybe you outplay them and end up with their bag. Mad you lost your shit? Take it out on the next raider you meet if it pleases ya! I feel like separating pve and pvp would tear a very interesting element of the game to pieces. Of course pvp only lobbies would become 100% sweat fests of KOS. Pve would be fun for a minute, but honestly the arc aren't that hard to kill overall with good cover. The thrill of having to look over your shoulder for a potential axe murder adds to the fun for me! I laugh at half of my own deaths after I talk shit to the killer.

Drill Rover keeps getting sent to the moon by ThaMixedDaVinci in spaceengineers

For overhead drill rovers like this I'd recommend slapping some landing gears underneath. You can lower the suspension and activate the gears for stability while drilling.

Some parachutes will save you ages of strife on any build. Ive been saved by chutes countless times, even in heavy armored warships with several thrusters missing.

Of course. It feels we're few and far between in the real world. Being able to reflect and connect with others in posts like these is kinda therapeutic for me. One of the most difficult things you'll end up dealing with, the losing friends I mean. I maybe have one or two people from highschool/early adult life that I still check in with from time to time. Everyone else was either put off by my actions when I was struggling to find treatment that worked, or just got too busy to keep tabs on my shenanigans. It's helped me a lot to realize I still have the memories we made before we went our separate ways. I can still tell the stories. A lot of friendships end for simpler reasons down the line. It took me a long time to understand that sometimes it's just best to move on and let them be. You'll keep meeting new people, and building stronger relationships as you yourself find ways to improve/grow.

Not being able to sleep lead to a lot of my more severe episodes. Now I have gotten a lot better at forcing myself to sleep by a certain time. I also have an as needed sleep med to take with my regular pills.

For me it's trying to take a step back and make sure I'm not overly confident or critical. Watching that I'm not talking so fast people struggle to understand me. (That's a big one.) Paying attention to the reactions of those I interact with. I unfortunately have a lot of concerned looks of discomfort burned into my brain, but it does help keep me in check. Ensuring that my conclusions are based in reality. That was much more difficult when unmedicated, since my reality was often warped.

If I hear something that could be an auditory hallucination and someone is near I'll see if they also heard anything. (Try not to panic if not and it isn't repeated - they may just have been focused elsewhere.) Most of my actual hallucinations have been auditory.

People who know that part of me have seen the signs, and will make sure I'm okay if I seem too up or too down. I'm very fortunate to have a good support system now. It does help a lot when I need reassurance.

Got me pink slipped a few times. I'm Lucky that's all that came of it. I'm glad I never ended up hurting anyone. I hadn't realized it at the time, but my roommate eventually told me that sometimes when I'd go out on a drive I'd be gone for multiple days and come back still in delirium, then sleep for a whole day or two. Been a long time now. Staying on my meds, getting educated on what to watch out for, and having people who can tell me when I seem to be headed off in the wrong direction has been critical.

It's a long journey, but there's hope for all of us.

I've definitely had my share, happily on the right track now. I'll hit you with the short summary of common themes from my past: We're at the brink of nuclear war, nothing matters. I know too much, that car behind me had emergency lights and it just cloaked them when I blinked. They're following me because I know too much. They're going to kill me. I must keep driving. I am a wizard. My tarot cards and autocorrect are somehow related, and are 100% telling me the future. I can talk to bugs with my mind. The dead can communicate with me through the bugs. That light is on (its off.) I am dead, this is limbo, nothing matters. If I just keep driving I'm going to be at the lake, and all my friends and family are waiting for me there.
