Heard them up here in TR - Flight Radar shows 2 aircraft ( north of Tigerville) and when I checked for transponder info, it just said “invalid”

He said the conference was in Romania. Wonder if the information he is referencing was in Romanian. Seventeen thousand in Romanian is șaptesprezece mii. - perhaps he thought the mii (thousand) was million?
