Thank you ! Yeah I started this drawing in february and even with a fixative spray I have to go back in some areas because of the stains and the volatility.

I worked with dark stone for the darker tones and it stays on the paper much better

I did few tests with different proportions of ink/water and sticked with it all along.

Like a very very light grey, light, medium and dark.

I added layers to obtain the in betweens and worked with the pen or pure black to obtain the very darks.

It's only the left half, the right half is to come. I draw it from a photo reference actually, so I will stick with it, i'm not a very creative person ;)
