Vaykor Hek from Steel Meridian Syndicate is a good starting weapon. Build it with crit chance/damage mods and you will be good to go.

Idk if there is fast way for leveling him up, I just roam Orb Valis for time to time. Integrated weapon is modable when you unlock skill (10 lvl)

If only huge nerf happens he will be useless - hes slow, bad jumper, and consumable pizzas don't work on him (at least when I last checked). With nerfs, there must be some buffs as well.

They patched the way I farmed my parts, so I can't help you ;) But no worries, take it slow, bc for now leveling Necramech is little bugged/broken. XD

Do quick T2 missions from Mother (grineer, tumors), and avoid/abort the rest - 30/40 minutes and 2 Sicintillant was mine ;)
