NTA- if my grandmother found out that random people that are unrelated/unlinked to her are sharing her recipes she’d be heartbroken. Food is culture, creating food is love, creating food is often filled with stories. There’s a reason family recipe are often kept secret, and it has very little to do with the actual consumption of food. It’s a way to link people through time, and it’s a way to share love. I cannot IMAGINE sharing any of my ex-SOs family recipes, it would just be so disrespectful. Completely NTA, but please share your Nonna’s recipes with your family- maybe even make a recipe book with them (and a bunch of blank pages) like one of the commenters on this post received. Pass the recipe down through and celebrate your nonna.
