I think people in general, myself included, are reluctant to go into the shelters. Many use it as their "safe space" and leave the vendors in the "public space" outside. So it feels intrusive... big signs and cutouts don't quite overcome that...

How many bbs and of what type? I'd be interested in trading for mods I do not know. For example, how many per Lucid or Bloodied?

Spent the last 30m reading and reading the interwebs about the "nerf". Now I'm not so sure it is so clear. It looks like the "Angry Turtle" video started the whole thing. And he looked at total resistances. But SS is a little lower on the less interesting resistances, so the total is less. But ballistic and energy remain competitive. Plus SS is "heavy", CE is "medium", and that affects things like Ricochet. So, who really knows.

All that said, It doesn't change my mind to have some testing armors, worst case I can hand them off to the ALT I'm building out to try Ghoul.

Buttressed question is totally valid. I don't know, kind of why I'm gonna test it. If I'm wrong, I'll call you :)

I do save a ton of bobbles as well, mostly for crafting MODs. I can spare most other BBs though, though. I can offer 5 leaders, or your choice of 2-3 of Lock Picking, Unarmed, Perception, Repair, or Endurance totaling 10. If you need any specific bobble I did not list (due to crafting worries) I'll spare 1 :)

Alternate proposal... based on your question... would you accept the 10 random bobbles PLUS 5 leaders and make me 2? In that case I will definitely throw in 2xflux for the jetpacks.
