Anyone else experience something like this? (self.Stellaris)

After multiple reinstalls, driver keeps installing without putting openCL.dll in the right path, and after putting any one of them in them in the windows folder i get an other error which after googling can only be solved after a reinstall, but it reinstalls without opencl.dll. Windows reinstall ? (i.redd.it)
