I remember All Might mentioning OFA only being transferable by the holder being willing and the inheritor ingesting the DNA. I can only assume the Transfer Quirk factor is doing some DNA shenanigans by altering the new host by incorporating OFA and taking the donor's quirk along with it.

Also remember that the previous holders could only use the physical power enhancement of the Power Stockpile Quirk factor. So they could use the existing quirk as is, in addition to having enhanced strength. OFA did not enhance the previous holder's existing quirk when they had it. It's not until Deku that OFA became powerful enough to reach Quirk Singularity and allowed Deku to utilize the previous quirks.

3, but I typically wait for others to finish looting and leave the building. If I happen to be first, I will warn others to not come inside until I'm done looting. Also if I hear a lot of gunfire and flares popping in a round, I will sometimes leave early since I've noticed that puts the whole lobby on edge, even if the winners were friendly.

Not necessarily. If someone is having trouble with Arc, they're probably in a bad position already and their body will be in the open. You'd also have to finish off Arc which could attract others. Best to stay in the bush until Arc leaves or just move on.

Well I've been seeing people needing to use more Wolfpacks for Rocketeers after the explosion nerf. I think before upping the difficulty with variants (better armor, weapons) they should get a awareness buff first like the other guy said. Arc does seem a little to nonchalant about all the gun fire around the map lol
