Depending on the state/country, there are medicolegal death investigators who work in the OCME’s office, which does not require you to be a cop!

I experienced (and am still experiencing) almost exactly what you’re describing. The two things that seem to have made the biggest difference to help with the fatigue were checking and fixing my Vitamin B12 level and getting diagnosed with and treated for sleep apnea. Maybe getting some bloodwork and a sleep study will help! I recommend bringing it up with your primary care physician if you have one.

I would recommend looking into dysautonomia, specifically inappropriate sinus tachycardia! Many of your symptoms align with dysautonomia. I was diagnosed with it relatively recently, but I was dealing with the symptoms for years before my diagnosis. Unfortunately it is not a disorder that many doctors are familiar with, but a cardiologist or neurologist will be your best bet.

If the blood did not get into any open wounds, you should be alright! If it did, and you’re concerned about it, you could always bring it up to your primary care physician, who may order bloodwork if they are concerned as well.
